Unlike ordinary blends, single origin coffee all come from a single plantation. The territorial and climatic conditions, as well as selection and experimentation in the field, make every plantation absolutely unique; this uniqueness is protected and perpetuated over time.
Unlike blends that intensify and standardise flavour, mono-origin coffee underlines the differences, allowing us to distinguish the flavours characterising each source. Every cup has its own new and different flavour, as if we were travelling over the world’s continents: from the spicy chocolate flavour of Costa Rica to the sandalwood of India and the rum of Jamaica, and many more.
