Coffee is the gift from Ethiopia to the world. From the cradle of coffea arabica, still growing wild in this region, a coffee filled by centuries of traditions and showing an incredibly wide aromatic range.
The Sidamo region, in the south of the country, bordering Kenya, gives us one of the most distinctive and appreciated coffees thanks to its aromatic features.
The temper is both noble and wild. The aroma is intense and complex: it first gently caresses the palate with a sensation of flowers, fruits and spices along with a chocolate, hazelnut, almond and honey background; it then makes room to a creamy and persistent aftertaste.
